Job responsibilities: 1. Fully responsible for expanding and developing the Southeast Asian market according to the group's strategic goals, and implementing and executing the group's established sales goals; 2. Lead the team to develop Southeast Asian agents and make reasonable use of all internal and external resources; 3. Responsible for establishing a team, managing team personnel, conducting team building activities, and disseminating corporate culture; 4. Lead the business team to participate in overseas exhibitions and explore customer resources; 5. Timely understand the market situation and price trends, and communicate with various units within the group in a timely manner. Salary and benefits: 1. Excellent leadership skills, strong team management and development abilities; 6. Strong ability to withstand pressure, high loyalty, and professional ethics; 7. Resident in Southeast Asian countries is required.
