工作职责
Job Responsibilities Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Utilize various online and offline channels (e.g., cross-border e-commerce platforms, industry exhibitions, social media) to identify potential cross-border e-commerce seller clients, promote the company's overseas dropshipping services, and achieve individual sales targets. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain close communication with existing clients, understand changes in their needs, promptly resolve issues encountered during their use of dropshipping services, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive repeat cooperation and business growth. Solution Customization and Sales Support: Provide personalized overseas dropshipping solutions (including warehouse planning and logistics optimization) based on the business characteristics and needs of different clients. Assist clients in completing service contracts and subsequent service docking. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors, collect market information, analyze market dynamics, and provide valuable suggestions for optimizing the company's products and services to enhance market competitiveness. Order Follow-up and Coordination: Oversee the entire process of client orders, collaborate with internal departments (e.g., warehousing, logistics), ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, track logistics status, feed back information to clients, and handle logistics abnormalities.
职位要求
Job Requirements Education and Major: College degree or above; priority given to majors in International Trade, Marketing, Logistics Management, etc. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome. Work Experience: Preference for candidates with over 1 year of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics, overseas warehouses, or related sales fields. Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce operations and overseas dropshipping processes is a plus. Skill Requirements: Proficiency in office software and strong data analysis abilities; mastery of basic online marketing techniques to develop and promote clients through online platforms. Competencies: Excellent communication and business negotiation skills to build trust with clients effectively; strong market development capabilities and customer service awareness to keenly capture client needs; good teamwork spirit and pressure resistance, with the ability to solve problems independently and complete sales tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is preferred to communicate smoothly with overseas clients. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is an added advantage.
