1. Responsible for the comprehensive work of international publishing, controlling the direction of international publishing according to publishing policies; 2. Develop an overall development plan for international publishing, evaluate and determine the overall business strategy of the journal, and organize its implementation; 3. Guide and arrange the daily work of the international publishing department (including editing, operation, technology, publicity, promotion, etc.), manage the relevant business of international journals, and supervise their implementation; 4. Integrate high-quality academic resources, expand international academic networks, plan and guide the implementation of reputation building and promotion work; 5. Establish good communication with domestic and foreign journal editors, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure the normal operation of the journal.

1、Master degree or above, overseas study experience is preferred; 2、More than 5 years working experience in international publishing related projects, experience in operation and management of international journals is preferred; 3、English up to CET-6, professional English up to CET-8 or native level, proficient in using Chinese for internal communication; 4、Proficient in the overall operation mode of international publishing; 5、Familiar with international publishing upstream and downstream industries and related policies; 6、Familiar with eastern and western thinking logic, with international vision.
