Be responsible for formulating home energy storage, commercial & industrial energy storage business plans, project investment return demonstration, etc., participate in technical and economic demonstration or review of projects, and propose improvement directions and opinions at the technical level. Participate in early-stage project research, planning preparation, and investment demonstration, and communicate with relevant parties. Plan, execute, and control the sales strategy for energy storage system business, and provide competitive product and solution proposals to end-users and channel partners in a timely manner. Provide technical support for domestic and overseas projects, and communicate and coordinate solutions with customers and relevant parties.

Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as power system, power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, energy storage, etc.; fluent in English listening and speaking. More than 2 years of work experience in the energy storage industry, with experience in energy storage product planning, development, and management. Ability and experience in independently organizing and implementing market promotion of energy storage products and solutions. Familiar with relevant national policies, industry standards, and technical specifications of energy storage, as well as energy storage technology directions. Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and businesses, good goal management, communication, and innovation skills, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and demand research & analysis capabilities. Good at communication, outgoing personality, and able to accurately understand customer demand specifications. Able to adapt to overseas business trips, deeply engage in the market frontline, with strong innovation awareness, responsibility, and professionalism.
