工作职责
Job Responsibilities 1.Responsible for the product planning of the overseas DSP platform, formulating short-term and long-term roadmaps, and focusing on core functions such as programmatic advertising delivery, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), audience targeting, and cross-channel integration. 2.Conduct in-depth analysis of the differences in advertising ecosystems across overseas markets (e.g., Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Latin America), including aspects like GDPR compliance, IDFA policies, and localized needs, and develop differentiated product strategies accordingly. 3.Liaise with overseas clients (advertisers, agencies) and internal teams (sales, operations, technology), identify user needs and convert them into product solutions, so as to improve customer retention and revenue. 4.Lead the API docking and function integration with third parties (SSPs, Ad Exchanges, data providers) to optimize traffic acquisition and delivery efficiency. 5.Analyze competitors (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google DV360) and develop targeted optimization strategies.
职位要求
1.Familiar with DSP technical architecture (such as bidding logic, user profiling, and DMP/CDP integration). 2.Understand the mainstream overseas advertising trading ecosystem (e.g., Google Open Bidding, Prebid). 3.Fluent in English and able to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration
