English Call Operator and Supervision(Customer Service)We are a food delivery company, our customers are a mixture of expats and local chinese. Currently looking for both full-time and part-time customer service, who are able to take orders over the phone in both chinese and english language. Job requirements:1. Suitable for those who has waitering experience or have worked in restaurant before. 2. Able to speak chinese and english over the phone. 3. Taking online orders place by customers. 4. Taking phone orders place by customers. 5. Update our customers on their delivery status. 6. Communicate with our vendors on special requests by customers. 7. Follow-up on the status of our couriers. 8. Update customers and vendors information as required. 9. Part-time staff is required to provide at least two fixed per week. 10. Student is welcome. Requirements for supervisor:1. Required to know all the duties listed above. 2. Arrange weekly rooster for staffing. 3. Montior individual staff's progress. 4. Handle customer's complaint. 5. Liase with restaurants when necessary. 6. Update restuarant's menu when required. 7. Ideal for candidate who have work in restaurant/bar, with superving or managing experience.
