- Design and follow teaching plans - Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities - Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information - Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis - Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing - Cooperate with administration staff - Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

1. Foreign nationality: Native English speaker 2. Academic requirements: bachelor pluses TEFL or TESOL certificate; major English language or education/pedagogy will be preferred 4. Graduated for 2 years or more，English teaching experience in China is preferred. 5. Job nature: full time job. Part-time job is acceptable if all teaching courses can be given on time and attending each teacher meetings and training. 6. Work experience: 1 year working experience or more is preferred. 7. Attitude: enjoy teaching, outgoing, friendly, responsible, patient, caring and cooperative personality. 8. Abilities: knowledgeable, good communication, organization and class- management skills, familiar with Office software (MS Word/Excel).
