工作职责
- Identify and build partnerships with overseas mobile game developers, primarily in Vietnam; source high-quality mobile games to meet company targets.
- Scout for potential development partners (CPs) and promising game projects; collect basic CP information and establish long-term, collaborative relationships through online communication, business trips, and other engagement methods.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluations of potential game products, and deliver preliminary product assessment reports.
- Assess CP team capabilities based on collected data and professional experience, providing evaluation reports.
- Monitor industry trends, particularly in the overseas mobile gaming sector (with an emphasis on Europe and North America); continuously gather and analyze market intelligence, and produce market research reports as needed.
- Support company operations team in coordinating with CP teams, and maintain strong, positive working relationships with partners.
- Attend online and offline industry events to expand and maintain a robust CP resource network.
职位要求
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with a strong interest in playing mobile games; able to understand and evaluate mainstream games.
- Familiar with collaboration models between developers (CPs) and publishers, particularly in overseas markets.
- Strong business negotiation skills, execution ability, sense of responsibility, and self-motivation; capable of independent thinking and problem-solving.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong learning ability, with the capacity to analyze and assess game products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Proficient in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese(Preferred Qualification) for effective multilingual communication.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and strong in logical thinking and organization.
- Previous experience in game customer service or operations is a plus; CP resources in casual, puzzle, or simulation management games are highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business.
