Use a variety of assessment methods, such as tests, projects, and oral assessments, to evaluate students' language skills and provide feedback on their performance. 4. Communicate with parents or guardians about students' progress, problems or concerns. Schedule parent-teacher conferences or provide regular updates to parents via email or phone. 5, Participate in professional development activities related to language pedagogy, curriculum development, or technology integration. 6, Collaborate with other teachers and education professionals to share best practices, discuss student needs, and support each other. 7. Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance and achievement. They should have a clear understanding of the school's record keeping policies and procedures.
