Position Title: Management Trainee (Africa - focused) Department: Africa Office Reporting To: Company Management Job Summary: We are looking for outstanding African international students to join our company as Management Trainees. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance from our company's management team. Your main responsibility is to help us explore the African market, acting as a bridge between our company and local stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for you to start your career in a dynamic and growing company and grow into a future local manager. Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis  Conduct in - depth research on the African non - ferrous metals market, including market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.  Collect and analyze relevant market data, and provide regular market reports and insights to support the company's decision. 2. Stakeholder Liaison  Build and maintain strong relationships with local governments, chambers of commerce, and industry associations in Africa.  Identify potential business partners and clients, and facilitate communication and cooperation between our company and local enterprises. 3. Business Development Support  Assist in the development and implementation of market entry strategies and business plans for the African market.  Participate in business negotiations and deal - making activities, providing local market knowledge and language support. 4. Project Coordination  Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure the smooth implementation of projects related to the African market.  Monitor project progress, and report any issues or risks in a timely manner.

Qualifications: 1. Nationality and Education  African nationality, with preference for those from Zambia.  Currently studying in a Chinese university, with a major in business, economics, or mining engineering, or having a background related to the mining industry. 2. Language Skills  Fluent English (written and spoken). Fluency in French is a plus.  Good Chinese language skills are an advantage, as it will facilitate communication with the company's headquarters in China. 3. Knowledge and Skills  Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.  Proactive, self - motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  Good problem - solving and decision - making abilities. 4. Others  Willing to be based in Zambia long - term and travel frequently to various countries for business purposes.  Open - minded, adaptable, and able to work in a cross - cultural environment.
