Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning experience. Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' performance through tests, quizzes, and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with local teachers and staff to integrate cultural exchange and enhance the curriculum. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events. Native English speaker (or near-native proficiency). Bachelor’s degree or higher (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred). Passion for teaching and cross-cultural communication. Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required—we welcome enthusiastic newcomers!
