工作职责
Job Description - Perform all standard secretarial tasks. - Provide Executive with administrative and secretarial support. Coordinate executive's schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas. - Arrange and coordinate business travel, expense management. Coordinate department meetings, and arrange use of conference rooms or outside facilities. - Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. - Perform secretarial and administrative duties which may require some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment; to remain knowledgeable of corporate policies and will often called upon to interpret and communicate executive intent to other employees. - May provide support in projects/events when required.

Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree, with excellent command of both English and Putonghua 2.Self-disciplined with good time management and multi-tasking skills 3.Flexible and adaptive, good at planning, coordination and organization 4.Actively tracks progress of own and others and offers support when needed 5. Foreign candidate is preferred
