工作职责
Execution of event game experiences Carry out daily new user experience competitions and games. Link events with sales (for example: successful challenges come with membership benefits/discount benefits/bonuses) to directly drive in-store conversion rates. Local community and membership system construction Establish a local brand sports club from scratch, create content and enhance brand visibility through online and offline activity linkage (such as online community activities, linkage between major competitions and offline events). Operate social media accounts and publish UGC content (user participation videos, score lists) to attract local traffic. Sales conversion and data-driven operation Convert street visitors into purchasing users through the closed loop of "watching - game competition experience - rewards", and regularly review the activity ROI. Gain insight into sales conversion data and coordinate with the headquarters to formulate localized sales strategies. Hardware equipment operation and maintenance Manage intelligent fitness equipment at the experience point (such as networked treadmills, interactive TVs, sports data large screens, etc.), ensure equipment availability, and promptly handle technical failures and coordinate maintenance.
职位要求
Hard Requirements Experience: Have work experience in the United States, with more than 1 year of experience in sports retail, fitness venue operation or offline event planning, and have successful cases. Skills: Native-level English proficiency and ability to speak Chinese. Core Traits Resource integrator: Good at mobilizing local KOLs and community resources to leverage brand exposure at low cost.
