1)Assist the project manager in completing consulting projects by leveraging existing resources and exploring more effective channels, matching and recruiting industry experts with the most suitable professional backgrounds according to client requirements. 2)Arrange expert consultation meetings for clients by thoroughly understanding project needs, conducting interviews, and matching appropriate experts. 3)Participate in online and offline industry conferences and exhibitions to expand and deepen industry knowledge. 4)Continuously improve existing workflows to enhance the quality of client service. 5)Assist in conducting research on industry trends and hot topics. 6)Maintain and optimize internal databases and systems.

1)Bachelor's degree or above (full-time, accredited program required); 2)Prior experience in finance, consulting, headhunting, or journalism is preferred, but outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome; 3)Fluent in English (spoken and written); 4)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 5)Outgoing, highly responsible, proactive, hardworking, goal-oriented, and a fast learner.
