1. Explore and develop all potential sales channels and opportunities. 2. Lead, manage & coach yourself to achieve sales budget and even the team objectives. 3. Increase and drive Demand creation and customer expansion 4. Align with Future regional management to define the structure and resource requirements to achieve short/medium and long term sales plans.

* Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years related experiences, or the equivalent in training and experiences. Highly preferred: Major in Engineering, foreign languages or International Trade. * Must be self-motivated, loyal, discreet and sales-oriented team player. * Must be able to work under pressure, have strong communications skills and good command of both oral and written English.
