1. Fully responsible for the management system, framework construction, core team building, and performance assessment of the overseas factory. 2. Based on the company’s development strategy, responsible for setting annual goals for the overseas factory and supervising the execution of annual and monthly work plans. 3. Responsible for organizing and implementing comprehensive management of the overseas factory’s production operations to achieve company operational goals. 4. Fully responsible for driving lean production, continuously improving cost management in production and manufacturing processes, and enhancing production efficiency by optimizing production methods and reducing costs. 5. Monitor the quality status of the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments, and address production issues promptly. 6. Oversee all aspects of the factory's production process, including processes, quality, equipment, cost, output, and personnel metrics. 7. Guide and supervise factory planning, production, factory management, raw material supply, and quality-related work, and handle emergencies to ensure smooth production.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for engineering backgrounds. 2. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language; cross-cultural management experience is preferred. 3. Over 10 years of experience as the head of an overseas factory in a large manufacturing enterprise. 4. Familiar with relevant policies, laws, and regulations for factory construction and operation in Vietnam. 5. Skilled in implementing site safety management, with experience in factory strategic planning, production management, and continuous improvement.
