餐饮大使（F&B Ambassador）- 澳门VIP俱乐部 工作地点： 澳门｜VIP Clubhouse 所属部门： 餐饮部（F&B） 薪资范围： MOP 20,000–25,000/月（约USD 2,500–3,100）+ 小费/奖金（以公司制度为准） 招聘人数： 若干 工作性质： 全职 经验要求： 1-3年及以上（优秀者可放宽） 语言要求： 普通话（必须）｜英语（加分）｜粤语/其他亚洲语言（加分） 公司 / 项目介绍 我们是一家位于澳门的高端VIP俱乐部，致力于提供独立款待体验。俱乐部为高净值及超高净值宾客打造高度独立的尊享空间，服务标准严格，强调专业礼仪、细节呈现与信息保密。现因业务发展诚邀高素质服务人才加入。 ________________________________________ 职位概述 作为俱乐部一线服务代表，餐饮大使将以专业得体的仪态、敏锐的需求洞察与稳定的服务节奏，为宾客营造尊贵、舒适、安静且高度私密的餐饮与休憩体验。工作中需严格遵循保密原则与职业边界，确保宾客信息安全与服务品质稳定。 ________________________________________ 工作职责 1. 贵宾接待与尊享服务 o 专业迎接与引导贵宾，提供高标准礼仪与在场服务 o 全程关注宾客需求与体验细节，确保舒适度与满意度 2. 餐饮呈递与服务执行 o 提供饮品与轻食等餐饮服务，做到准确、优雅、高效 o 主动观察并预判偏好，适时提供建议与补充服务 o 熟悉菜单与酒水配置，与后厨/酒水团队协作落实个性化需求（忌口、过敏等） 3. 宾客沟通与关系维护 o 与国际宾客进行适度且高质量沟通，保持专业分寸 o 作为语言与文化沟通桥梁，促进顺畅互动 o 严格遵守保密制度，妥善处理身份信息与现场内容 4. 环境与氛围管理 o 维护服务区域整洁、有序与高端呈现标准 o 关注现场氛围与宾客体感，灵活调整服务节奏 5. 团队协作与运营配合 o 与运营及餐饮团队紧密配合，保障体验无缝衔接 o 高峰时段保持沉着与条理，主动支持团队任务 VIP Reception & Premium Hospitality Greet and escort VIP guests with full professional etiquette and on-site dedicated service Monitor guest demands and every service detail throughout the visit to maximize comfort and satisfaction Food & Beverage Presentation & Service Delivery Serve beverages and light meals accurately, elegantly and efficiently Proactively anticipate guest preferences and provide timely recommendations and supplementary services Maintain full familiarity with menus and wine lists; collaborate with kitchen and beverage teams to accommodate personalized requests (dietary restrictions, allergies, etc.) Guest Communication & Relationship Management Engage international guests in appropriate, high-quality communication while maintaining professional boundaries Act as a linguistic and cultural liaison to facilitate smooth interaction Comply rigorously with confidentiality policies; securely handle all guest personal information and on-site matters Venue & Atmosphere Management Maintain immaculate, orderly service areas in line with premium brand standards Monitor venue ambiance and guest comfort, and flexibly adjust service pace accordingly Team Collaboration & Operational Support Work closely with operations and F&B teams to deliver a seamless guest journey Remain composed and organized during peak hours, proactively assisting teammates with operational tasks
