The Role We are looking for a vibrant, articulate, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This isn't just a standard customer service job; you will play a crucial role in our medical tourism and local patient care pipelines. Your main focus will be managing inbound dental enquiries and proactively calling international patients to help them plan their treatment journeys. Key Responsibilities First-Class Correspondence: Respond promptly and professionally to dental treatment enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. International Treatment Planning: Call and consult with patients from abroad to discuss their dental goals, explain treatment timelines, and help coordinate their visits. Logistics Support: Assist overseas patients with scheduling appointments, understanding pre-treatment requirements, and providing guidance on local accommodation or travel logistics. Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate records of patient communications and treatment plans in our clinic management software. Collaboration: Liaison between patients and our clinical team to ensure accurate information and pricing estimates are provided. What We Are Looking For Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and spoken English. (Bonus points if you speak a second language!) The "Phone Voice": A warm, empathetic, and confident telephone manner. You should comfortable making international outbound calls. Detail-Oriented: Dental treatments can be complex; you need the ability to accurately convey timelines and instructions. Problem Solver: A proactive mindset, especially when navigating time zones and travel logistics for patients. Experience: Previous experience in medical/dental reception, hospitality, travel coordination, or premium customer service is highly desirable, but a stellar attitude is key.
