Leads the end-to-end setup financial accounting systems and information infrastructure. Cost control and analysis: Monitor and analyze direct/indirect manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead); conduct variance analysis(e.g., material usage, labor efficiency) and root-cause investigations. Driving cost optimization and continuous Improvement,work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to align cost targets. Ensure timely and accurate preparation/submission of direct & indirect tax filings.(e.g., CIT, SST, withholding tax,custom duties),especially need pay the attention of accounting and tax treatment of cross-border transactions. Managing daily accounting functions including GL, AP,AR, FA, cash management. Prepare annual production budgets and rolling forecasts. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.CMA/CPA preferred. 5+ years of experiences in financial management ,with at least 3 years in manufacturing setting. Solid knowledge in Malaysian accounting standard and tax regulations. Experience with tax incentives for manufacturing (e.g., MIDA incentives) Strong cross-function communication & influence. High integrity, team-work sense, honest, stable, reliable. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS office.
