工作职责
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for customer development and channel expansion in target overseas markets, driving equipment sales and closing deals through on-site visits, technical exchanges, and other means.
2. Perform basic on-site after-sales support following equipment export, including but not limited to installation guidance, equipment commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Regularly represent the company at international agricultural and machinery industry trade shows to gather insights on cutting-edge market trends; simultaneously, conduct regular visits to existing clients to maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
4. In accordance with company policies, return to the China headquarters periodically to deliver progress reports and conduct business reviews.
5. Reporting Structure: Report directly to the head of the company’s Overseas Business Division.
[Compensation and Benefits]
1. Salary Structure: Base salary: 7,200 RMB/month + monthly sales commission (no upper limit). Estimated annual total income ranges from 200,000 to 400,000 RMB.
2. Social Security: The company will contribute to China’s statutory social insurance (five insurances) and housing provident fund in accordance with the law.
3. Leave Policy: A two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is observed, and employees are entitled to paid leave on China’s statutory holidays.
4. Logistical Support: The company provides free housing and meals on workdays.
5. Additional Benefits: Annual health checkups, paid annual leave, holiday gifts and cash bonuses, as well as systematic internal and external professional training and opportunities for further study abroad.
6. Working Hours: (Working hours within China; hours for overseas assignments will be determined through separate discussion)
October–April of the following year: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.;
May–September: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
[Visa and Onboarding Support]
The company is licensed to recruit foreign nationals and will provide full assistance and guidance to new hires throughout the process of obtaining a work permit, residence permit, and Z-type work visa, among other required legal procedures, to ensure your onboarding is conducted in full compliance with the law.

We are a manufacturing company headquartered in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of agricultural grain and seed sorting and processing equipment. Our products are primarily exported to numerous countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. To further expand our international business, we are currently seeking foreign sales professionals to join our international team.
[Business Coverage]
The company’s business spans major agricultural regions worldwide, with a sales network covering:
Asia and Oceania: Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.), Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.), and Australia;
Europe: Europe, Russian-speaking Europe (Russia and Russian-speaking countries in Eastern Europe);
Africa: North Africa, East Africa, West Africa, South Africa;
The Americas: North America, South America, Central America;
Middle East and Others: Middle East.
Based on the company’s strategy and individual client resources, sales positions will be assigned to specific regions. Candidates may discuss their preferred markets during the interview.
[Job Requirements]
1. Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations without difficulty; must also be proficient in at least one of the following languages, which can be used as a working language: English, French, Spanish, or Russian.
2. Industry Experience: Work experience in the fields of mechanical equipment, mechanical manufacturing, or heavy industry; familiarity with basic manufacturing processes; candidates with foundational knowledge of equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting are preferred.
3. Sales Skills: Proven track record in machinery sales, with the ability to independently develop clients, prepare commercial quotes, and negotiate contracts.
4. Travel Availability: Willingness to adapt to long-term overseas travel; commitment and physical fitness, along with family support, to work overseas for at least 150 days per year.
5. Educational Background: Associate’s degree or higher; educational requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
6. Industry Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with some understanding of agricultural product processing or grain sorting equipment.
