工作职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities • Based on the company's product positioning, finding out users’ needs, completing new product planning, developing product launch plans, completing the product projects combined with the market situation and insight, etc.; • Based on the brand’s needs, completing the product from zero to launch, in association with supply chain, design, and R&D; • Responsible for new product development and research, new product feasibility study; • Responsible for collecting, tracking, and organizing online product data and user reviews; • Responsible for completing product improvements, product line expansion, packaging upgrades, and product iterations; • Responsible for the selection and management of partners, suppliers, and domestic foundries; • Responsible for the preparation and management of the company's central kitchen.
职位要求
Required qualifications/skills/experience • Preferably majoring in food science and engineering, with a bachelor’s degree or above; • With experience in food R&D related projects; • More extensive hands-on experience as a product development manager in a food factory or company; • Be creative and enjoy challenging work; • A U.S. visa is preferred and a business trip to the U.S. is acceptable.
