工作职责
1. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4pm; <br/>2. Starting: Mid August, 2025; <br/>3. Class Size: 20-22 students, Chinese co-teacher and Teaching Assistant (TA) present at all times. Teacher student ratio about;<br/>4. Fixed term contract and contract renewable;
职位要求
1. Good yearly salary depending on your teaching experience and academic background; <br/>2. Housing allowance: 10,710 RMB per month; <br/>3. lunch allowance: 50RMB (before tax) per working day;<br/>4. Performance Bonus: 10,000 RMB (before tax) end of contract bonus；<br/>5. Comprehensive Medical Insurance (currently AXA); <br/>6. Paid holidays: Chinese public holidays, approx. 2 weeks for spring festival, 3 weeks for Christmas, 1 week for Easter. 6-7 weeks off in the summer；<br/>7. Roundtrip airfare either purchased or reimbursed depending on situation (up to 6,000 RMB per year)；<br/>8. Extra Student Fee if the class size is over 24 students；<br/>9. 7 days paid sick leave per school year；<br/>10. Chinese New Year bonus (Hongbao)；<br/>11. Termly performance bonus paid basing on individual working performance；
