Job Responsibilities: I. Customer Management Proactively respond to and handle customer inquiries, complaints and product malfunctions, providing technical support via telephone, email, on-site service, etc. Guide customers in troubleshooting and equipment debugging, coordinate the delivery of replacement parts and the recovery of faulty parts. Collect issues requiring optimization during equipment operation, feedback to relevant internal departments and follow up on solutions in a timely manner. Be responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of on-site customer equipment, and provide customers with equipment operation and maintenance training. Maintain active communication with customers to build and sustain good cooperative relationships. II. Cross-departmental Collaboration Collaborate with relevant internal teams to implement projects, feedback service issues and work with teams to optimize solutions. Participate in the optimization of after-sales systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Job Requirements: College diploma or above, CET-6 or higher in English; majors in electrical engineering, optics or other electromechanical-related fields are preferred. Gender: Male; Age: 26–35 years old. Basic knowledge of computers and electrical engineering; ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; familiar with mechanical and electrical debugging processes; proficient in IO point-to-point testing; strong hands-on skills; at least 2 years of experience in equipment debugging and after-sales technical service. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, learning ability, execution ability, team spirit, strong stress resistance, as well as professional English writing (email) and oral communication skills. Must be able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips, such as to India.
