工作职责
1. Responsible for daily administrative management of the office, including but not limited to office environment maintenance, visitor reception, administrative supplies procurement, etc. 2. Provide secretarial support to the team, such as meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, document optimization, etc. 3. Collaborate with other teams, maintain other administrative responsibilities, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals. 4. Support the organization of company events and meetings, build corporate culture, and improve employee satisfaction. 5. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve office operational efficiency, ensure safety and a better work environment.
职位要求
1. Native English speaker, non-Chinese speaker is preferred; 2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business administration, finance, management preferred; 3. 1-3 years of administrative related work experience, with comprehensive understanding of administrative workflow; 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English, good management skills; 5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong problem solving and time management skills, able to work under pressure; 6. Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PPT.
