1: Sales Internal Staff 1. Receive confirmed customer orders according to company procedures, monitor order placement, track production status until delivery of finished products. 2. Assist the sales manager with payment conditions confirmed with customers, reminding them to complete order prepayments and final payments. 3. Properly handle customer complaints via email, communicate with company personnel, and ensure satisfactory resolution. 4. Communicate with company sales staff to maintain good relationships with existing market customers. 2: Export Order Follower 1. Familiar with international trade methods, conduct cost comparison analysis for different trade quotes, and arrange transportation methods and destination ports based on cargo and market conditions. Learn and proficiently use delivery methods such as FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP, coordinating company cargo export by sea, land, and air. 2. Actively cooperate and coordinate with transportation companies, shipping companies, customs clearance companies, customs, and terminals to ensure normal shipping. 3. Arrange and record daily incoming and outgoing shipments, organize sales data weekly and monthly, verify various invoices, ensure accuracy of information and prices, and timely settle all sales-related expenses. 4. Check and verify various import and export documents, including but not limited to: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Import/Export Declaration, ensuring information accuracy.

1. Major in customs, international freight, logistics, international trade, English, etc. Candidates with overseas work experience, import/export experience, or a US visa are preferred. 2. Proficient in business English for oral and written communication. 3. Strong career ambition, sense of responsibility, and positive work attitude; detail-oriented with strong error detection skills. 4. Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
