1. CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to direct email, telephone and face-to-face communication with foreign customers. Professional is not limited; 2. Strong communication skills, able to solve all kinds of customer problems independently; 3. Be responsible for operating Alibaba platform (relevant experience is preferred) to accept fresh graduates;
