工作职责
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients through regular communication and reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities. Business Development & Market Research: Proactively identify and research potential new clients and market trends. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and establish new sales channels to expand our global footprint. End-to-End Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and contract negotiation to order confirmation. Oversee order execution, coordinate with production teams for timely fulfillment, handle all shipping documentation, and address any post-sales issues. Risk Management: Conduct credit assessments for new and existing clients and implement strategies to mitigate sales-related risks throughout the process. Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
职位要求
Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, English, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in international trade/sales. Proficiency in English as a working language (written and spoken). Must be willing and able to undertake business trips. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
