Lead and manage the current forklift team, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the warehouse area. Receive and process incoming and outgoing materials in accordance with established warehouse procedures. Pull, scan, and deliver production materials and finished goods accurately. Maintain proper documentation and storage of records in line with warehouse protocols. Handle materials with care to ensure proper preservation and security. Perform material inventory checks as scheduled, ensuring physical counts match systematic records. Assist in implementing and maintaining the department’s 5S management program. Complete additional tasks as required by management.

Required Skills/Abilities 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. 3+ years of experience operating a forklift and electric pallet jack, with supervisory experience preferred. Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability as a team member. Ability to manage daily activities of a small team and oversee member performance. Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Quick learner with attention to detail, especially in handling finished goods and inbound processes. Education And Experience Minimum High School diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
