Job Responsibilities: 1. Fully responsible for international freight forwarding business operations, including marketing, selection and planning of logistics routes, supply development and management by sea, customer service and business operations, etc. 2. Be responsible for the overall business management of the company's freight forwarding business, and establish a safe, stable and smooth management operation system; 3. Pay attention to the development trends of the logistics and freight forwarding market, contact customers regularly, and effectively maintain customer relationships. 4. Be responsible for formulating long-term strategies and annual business operation plans, and lead the team to achieve various business and management indicators. According to the development needs of the company, form and improve the team of branch companies to ensure talent reserves and team building. 5. Participate in actual sales, be responsible for promoting the team to implement the sales of various products and follow up subsequently to achieve the overall performance target.

Job Requirements: College degree or above, CET-6 or above, familiar with the local freight forwarding market in Russia, proficient in both Russian and Chinese, familiar with the local geographical distribution. Those with local management experience are preferred. 2. More than 3 years of relevant working experience, familiar with the development directions of international air transportation, railway transportation and sea transportation. Those with working experience at the general manager level of a branch company or in an equivalent position are preferred. 3. It is engaged in services for direct customers, such as factories, traders and other direct customers, providing a one-stop service for these customers, including trucking, customs declaration, inspection declaration, sea transportation, destination port services, etc. 4. Be familiar with China-Europe Railway Express and China-Russia Railway Express; 5. Participated in the investment and acquisition of cross-border and Chinese logistics node resource assets, such as investing in container yards, warehouses, fleets and other businesses; 6. Possessing rich management experience, with strong planning, control, coordination and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility and impartiality; 7. Possess strong team leadership skills, good communication skills, be able to withstand high work pressure, and be willing to follow the arrangements of superiors 8.
