工作职责
Contact US recipients via phone, SMS, and email to confirm delivery details and preferences.
Assist in resolving delivery-related exceptions and issues reported by recipients.
职位要求
Excellent communication skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve work methods.
Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent preferred; may be waived for exceptional candidates).
Bachelor’s degree or above (may be waived for exceptional candidates).
Willingness to work night shifts.
