工作职责
1. Assist in the organization and arrangement of meetings; interpretation; take the minutes of meetings and sort them; write e-mails, reports and other documents as required; 2. Help superiors to carry out the business communication work, including the business reception and the communication and coordination work; 3. Timely convey the instructions of the superiors under their guidance; responsible for the implementation of the instructions; supervise the implementation; 4. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
职位要求
1. Fluent in English and French; Bachelor degree or above; 2. French nationals are preferred; 3. Good writing skills; able to draft and write all kinds of documents independently; a good sense of team work and service; 4. A strong sense of responsibility; careful, prudential and highly-organized; have a good professional image and professionalism; 5. Skilled use of office automation; familiar with the making and draft of documents, forms and PPT; able to do the relevant work.
