· Craft clear, engaging UX content for a variety of product interfaces, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals. · Maintain UX writing guidelines to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content, in alignment with global brand standards. · Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to design seamless, user-focused experiences. · Assess the quality of LLM translations following established evaluation guidelines. · Utilize high-quality translations as examples to fine-tune LLMs, enhancing AI translation capabilities for consistent, accurate outputs across product and promotional content. · Refine AI output standards and develop clear, effective content guidelines, and partner with AI engineers to seamlessly integrate translation solutions into workflows.

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Communication, Localization, Linguistics, or related fields. · 3+ years of UX writing or content design experience, ideally within e-commerce. · Native JP/KR/VT/TH/ID speaker with professional proficiency in English; ability to write with clarity, precision, and cultural relevance. · Strong product thinking and a proven ability to balance user needs with business objectives. · Data-driven mindset, with experience using research and insights to guide content decisions. · Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
