**Qualifications:** — Native Japanese speaker. — Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Japanese language teaching, linguistics, literature, education, cultural studies, or a related field. — Familiarity with relevant language proficiency tests, solid professional knowledge and skills, and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with verifiable employment proof. — Good physical and psychological health. — No alcohol or drug addiction or other undesirable habits. — No previous criminal record. — Friendly, compatible, easy-going, with good communication skills and a good team-player. — Basic proficiency in Chinese communication and strong adaptability. — Flexible schedule with rest days arranged according to the teaching timetable, ensuring at least 2 days off per week.
