Gain comprehensive understanding and control over the subsidiary company's overall business, products, and processes, enhancing skills in business management, marketing, financial management, and human resource management, meeting the requirements for a reserve general manager of the subsidiary.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a full-time institution, preferably in printing, packaging, or a related field, with strong English communication skills. 2. Held the position of Operations Director or Branch General Manager in a packaging company with annual sales exceeding 500 million RMB within the last three years. 3. At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/food packaging factories, with a strong understanding of production processes. 4. Proficient in production management, skilled in lean production, and familiar with relevant quality and environmental management systems. 5. Excellent external communication and public relations skills, with strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities. 6. Demonstrates dedication and work enthusiasm, able to handle high-intensity work, with a positive and optimistic attitude.
