Job Responsibilities Strategic planning and decision-making: Formulate the company's long-term development strategy and short-term business plan according to market trends, industry development and the actual situation of the company. Promote the innovative development of the company and guide the company to continuously explore new business models and profit models. Human Resource Management: Formulate the company's human resource planning to ensure the rational allocation and sustainable development of the company's talent team. Select, train and motivate the company's senior management, and build an efficient and stable management team. Focus on staff growth and welfare, and create a positive corporate culture. Market development and brand building: Formulate the company's market expansion strategy to expand the company's market share and influence in the industry. Leading the company's brand building work to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with important customers to maintain the company's good image and reputation. Crisis management and risk control: Establish and improve the company's crisis management system and improve the company's ability to deal with emergencies. 职位要求
Requirements: Near-native level English 10+ years manufacturing engineering experience 5+ years experience working in Asia in manufacturing-related role 10+ years management experience, at least 5 years in senior management 5+ years experience managing a small organisation (less than 50 people) Advantages: Long-term commitment to China through family or marriage etc. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
