Job Description: 1. Responsible for negotiating with liners, receiving orders and arranging bookings, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement and other matters 2. Perform and direct overall order and service-related activities for assigned Key Accounts 3. Respond to customer orders, inquires, invoice questions, and other correspondence timely and professionally 4. Track and trace shipments from departure to arrival, alerting clients and management accordingly 5. Daily movement update, error clear up etc 6. Prepare commercial documents and bills of ladings to support export operations

Qualifications: 1.Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication skill. 2. Fluent in both written and read English. Knowing Shipping language 3.6 months or above relevant working experience in shipping and logistics field 4.Excellent Computer skills, experienced and knowledges on Word and Excel 5.Ability to multitask time sensitive issues 6.Problem solving skills and attention to detail
