Our group fitness instructor leads a group of young participants through a series of interactive movements and exercises using music and games as the basis of a fun workout. The instructor is responsible for conducting safe, effective exercise classes and assisting participants in achieving exercise goals while creating a fun workout environment for all participants. Responsibilities: - Monitor participants throughout the class - Instruct class to the ability level of the participants - Explain and enforce safety rules and proper usage of exercise equipment used during the class. - Greet and encourage participants and orient new members to class - Participate in company events

Requirements: - Must be high energy, charismatic and able to entertain a crowd - Group Fitness certification preferred (HIIT, Bootcamp, Core, Body weight, Strength + Conditioning, etc.) - Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
