1. Deliver high-quality immersive English lessons for primary school students aged 6–12 according to the school’s international curriculum and teaching standards, focusing on oral English training, reading, phonics and classroom English communication. 2. Prepare detailed and age-appropriate lesson plans, teaching materials and fun classroom activities suitable for young learners, create an active, positive and pure English learning atmosphere in class. 3. Conduct daily classroom teaching, student classroom management, learning assessment, homework guidance and regular student learning feedback to Chinese teachers and parents. 4. Participate in school regular teaching meetings, teacher training, curriculum discussion, international education activities, school English festivals and campus cultural events as required. 5. Cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers and English teachers to jointly improve students’ overall English ability, learning interest, pronunciation and cross-cultural awareness. 6. Follow the school teaching management regulations, maintain good classroom discipline, ensure safe, orderly and effective daily teaching work.

1. Must be a native English speaker with clear, standard pronunciation and authentic English expression. 2. Have formal and relevant primary school English teaching experience, familiar with children’s psychological characteristics and primary school teaching methods, able to teach young kids patiently and professionally. 3. Must hold a valid TESOL / TEFL / TESL international teaching certificate recognized for foreign teacher work visa application in China. 4. Good professional image, neat appearance, gentle and responsible personality, love children and love long-term education work. 5. Passionate about primary education, easy to communicate with Chinese colleagues, students and parents, able to work stably and long-term in the school. 6. No bad work record, good teaching ethics, able to follow school rules and complete all teaching tasks on time.
