工作职责
Position: Major Tasks Own business strategy development of entire portfolio in Specialty Care by driving short-, mid-, long-term strategy development, ensuring appropriate operational activation plan to be developed and executed timely to maximize brand equity; ensure volume growth and market share growth by driving deep customer understanding; maximize brand value by deploying best-in-class market access & pricing strategies and ensure fastest-possible uptake with excellent launchpreparation and execution. Provide deep commercial expertise within and across the therapeutic areas and markets in which Bayer competes. He / she will need to understand the evolving needs of our target customers, understand competitive dynamics, and anticipate market trends and opportunities to maximize our customer engagement strategy and tactics. He / she will need to cascade this knowledge and "customer back" mindset across the Customer Squads in ONC BU. Architect the evolution of our customer facing teams and their transition from a traditional pharma territory model to cross- functionally integrated, entrepreneurial units anchored around local health care markets. He / she will need to guide and enable the new ways of working including local market driven business planning, 90-day missions, shared objectives and accountability, dynamic ownership, and continuous improvement. Enable resource and talent shifts across Customer Squads and/or Capability Clusters, as Catalyst, based on market and customer opportunities. He / she will need to balance competing resource demands and make informed trade-offs e.g., based on expected customer impact, return on investment, competitivedynamics to enable our Customer Squads to respond quickly to regional business demands continually and dynamically. He / she will also need to optimize efficiencies across geographies and brands to maximize our available resources. Coach Squad Heads to effectively lead high impact customer centric teams, drive top and bottom-line growth, enable strategy and execution based on business environments and drive innovation. He / she will also coach functional heads for ONC and Squad Heads to define robust regional strategies, navigate complex customer relationships, empower local teams to identify and capture market opportunities and operate in a lean and fast manner. Be accountable for the P&L of ONC BU and in achieving our strategic objectives across Bayer’s portfolio of brands. He/she has responsibility to achieve or exceed revenue, profitability and growth targets through effective regional business planning and execution and efficient resource management. Ensure alignment with the Product organization in our customer priorities, product objectives and operational plans and collaborate to direct our investments at true customer needs. He / she will support seamless collaboration and drive bi-directional feedback between Customer Squads and Product Squads to maximize impact for our customers and advance Bayer’s strategic and financial objectives.
