工作职责
This role is ideal for someone who: Understands how utility rebates unlock and accelerate deals Values having pricing flexibility and product availability to close projects Is motivated by high, uncapped commissions You will work remotely while actively developing relationships with growers, distributors, and project partners across your assigned region. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales relationships with: o Commercial cannabis growers o Greenhouse operators o Distributors and wholesalers Sell commercial-grade, high-efficiency LED grow lighting solutions Leverage factory-direct pricing and U.S. in-stock inventory to win competitive projects Serve as a subject-matter expert on utility company rebate and incentive programs Guide customers through the full rebate process: o Utility pre-approval o DLC qualification verification o Application documentation o Post-installation coordination Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity using CRM tools Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary High commission structure with no cap (uncapped commission) Strong pricing authority to close deals efficiently Remote work flexibility (Work From Home) U.S.-based inventory enabling faster order fulfillment Long-term career growth with a manufacturer-led organization Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in LED grow lighting or horticultural lighting sales Prior employment with one or more of the following companies is strongly preferred: o Hawthorne Gardening Company o Hydrofarm o GrowGeneration o Fluence o Grower’s Choice o ILUMINAR Demonstrated experience working with U.S. utility rebate programs Strong understanding of: o DLC horticultural lighting requirements o PPE / PPF and energy efficiency metrics o Commercial cannabis cultivation operations Outgoing, relationship-driven personality with strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with commercial growers or distributor networks Experience selling large-scale retrofit or new-build lighting projects Familiarity with rebate programs in California, Oregon, Colorado, Massachusetts, or New York
