工作职责
- Recruiting personnel. - Call CV screening, schedule job interviews, and contact candidates. - Manage and prepare insurance records. - Guide and answer all questions and recommendations about personnel incidents related to social insurance, personal income tax - Ensure welfare regimes: sickness, birthday, travel Maintain the fact and accuracy of all stored employee data and company personnel-related information. - Representative of the company to work directly with the Building Management Board on issues arising at the office. - Find contractors to survey prices for services related to facilities, beauty, and office cleaning. - Maintain and manage office equipment and tools. - Other administrative tasks.
职位要求
- College/university degree or higher (relevant major). - Knowledge of the provisions of the law on labor, personal income tax, and social insurance. - At least 1-year experience in a similar position. - Dynamic, agile, with a high sense of responsibility, honesty, and carefulness - Proficient in office computers and office computers. - Good at English or Chinese and Thai (4 skills).
