Job responsibilities 1. Responsible for the user operation of the overseas chat app in the Bangladesh/Pakistan market, including daily communication and management, and timely resolution of user feedback and issues. 2. Establish and manage a local operations team, introduce new users according to stage goals, maintain close relationships with core and VIP users, and improve retention and recharge rates. 3. Explore user needs, provide user insights, integrate and coordinate internal and external resources, and output targeted local operational strategies; 4. Participate in local content construction and management, create a good platform ecological atmosphere, and output high-quality content; 5. Collaborate with other departments to provide localized perspective suggestions;

Job requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those with experience in user operation and service (overseas entertainment industry or sales positions are preferred); 2. The working language for external work is Bengali/Urdu (mandatory), and the working language for internal work is English/Chinese (mandatory). Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred, and Bangladeshi/Pakistani nationality is preferred; 3. Interested in the overseas mobile internet industry, with a user oriented service awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide emotional value; 4.
