工作职责
Human Resources 1 Conduct recruitment and training for Singapore company and Asia Pacific business. 2 Establish and build HR related policies and systems for Singapore company and Asia Pacific business. 3 Responsible for maintaining internal human resources related records, such as attendance, salary scale, labor insurance, new entry and exit, labor disputes, etc. 4 Regulatory and statutory compliance for all employee related matters. 5 Organize and count all important management information and produce various Human resources data form. 6 Cooperate with the head office to manage and maintain related documents and forms. Administrative Services 1 Work with the preparatory work for the establishment of the subsidiaries. 2 Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of the administrative and security management system of the HQ. 3 Responsible for organizing and coordinating the company's employee activities, outreach work, and handling all the licenses required by the company. 4 Supervise and manage the procurement, use, maintenance, repair and other related matters of the company's office supplies, and effectively control the cost down. 5 Responsible for the visa and qualification of Singapore employees 6 Responsible for visitor or headquarters staff to travel to Singapore for hotel reservations and reception work. 7 Responsible for company vehicle scheduling and usage supervision, Support other departments or other tasks.
职位要求
1 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 2 Bachelor of human resource or business administration degree. 3 Open-minded, smart, fast learning, Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated, able to work under high pressure. 4 Three years of HR or admin management experience. Location: Singapore
