工作职责
1.负责新工厂生产、技术及职能岗位的招聘工作,包括需求分析、渠道管理、面试安排及录用决策。
2.建立新工厂员工关系体系,处理入职 / 离职、考勤、劳动合同等事宜,确保符合泰国劳动法规。
3.协助总部完成工资核算、社保及住房公积金缴纳,以及年度调薪流程。
4.定期提交人力资源数据分析报告(如离职率、招聘达成率等),并管理员工档案。
5.为新工厂搭建人力资源系统,参与人力资源政策本地化(考勤、奖惩、福利等),确保政策合规性与可操作性。
6.协调内外部培训资源,与培训师合作开发课程,并跟踪培训效果。
Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for recruitment for the new factory's production, technical, and functional positions, including demand analysis, channel management, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
2、Establish the new factory's employee relations system, handle onboarding/offboarding, attendance, labor contracts, and other matters to ensure compliance with Thai labor laws.
3、Assist headquarters in payroll calculation, social security and housing fund contributions, and annual salary adjustment processes.
4、Regularly submit HR data analysis reports (e.g., turnover rate, recruitment fulfillment rate) and manage employee records.
5、Support the setup of the HR system for the new factory and participate in the localization of HR policies (attendance, rewards & penalties, benefits, etc.) to ensure compliance and practicality.
6、Coordinate internal and external training resources, collaborate with trainers to develop courses, and track training effectiveness.
职位要求
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业优先。
2.三年以上人力资源相关工作经验,有制造型新工厂筹建期工作经验者优先。
3.泰语和英语流利,可作为工作语言。
4.熟悉泰国劳动法、社会保障制度、当地薪资结构及签证政策,有处理劳动纠纷经验者优先。
5.抗压能力强,能适应初创团队的高节奏工作。
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
2、Minimum 3 years of HR-related work experience; prior experience in setting up a new manufacturing factory is preferred.
3、Proficiency in Thai and English as working languages.
4、Familiarity with Thai labor law, social security systems, local salary structures, and visa policies; experience in handling labor disputes is a plus.
5、Strong resilience and adaptability to the fast-paced work environment of a startup team.
