1. Responsible for the work of the human resources department in Singapore, understand the human resources market in Singapore, and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations in Singapore; 2. According to the situation of the business team, clear the competency model, design the growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan and follow up the implementation; 3. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work; 4. Establish effective and diversified channels through the interaction with the management and employees to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization and promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business; 5. Participated in the formulation of comprehensive human resources solutions at the group level.

1. Bachelor degree or above in unified recruitment, more than 5 years working experience in human resources, good at business communication in Chinese and English, the position is based in Singapore; 2. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations; 3. Self-driven, strong thinker, capable of long-term stable development in Singapore.
