Working Location: Hong Kong / China - Shenzhen

1. Major in relevant science and engineering fields such as Electronics, Computer Science, and Microelectronics, with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree; 2. More than 3 years of IC backend design work experience (more than 5 years for bachelor's degree holders), including experience in FloorPlan, power distribution, timing optimization, etc.; 3. Familiar with backend design processes: PnR, CTS, STA, PV (DRV/LVS), LEC, and Spyglass; 4. Candidates with knowledge of the RISC-V instruction set, CPU architecture, and memory hierarchy will be given priority; 5. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 6. Excellent learning ability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.
