We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IGCSE Math and Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, dedicated to student success, and adept at creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. This position involves teaching students in the IGCSE program, preparing them for examinations, and fostering a deep understanding of mathematical and physical principles.

Key Responsibilities: Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Math and Physics following the IGCSE curriculum. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Prepare students for IGCSE examinations, ensuring they achieve their highest potential. Student Engagement and Support: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration. Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them overcome challenges and improve their performance. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, using formative and summative assessments. Curriculum Development: Develop and update instructional materials and lesson plans in alignment with the IGCSE syllabus. Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences. Participate in the continuous review and improvement of the Math and Physics curriculum. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in Math and Physics. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies for effective teaching. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns. Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other events as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Teaching certification or qualification recognized by international standards. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting. Proven experience teaching the IGCSE Math and Physics curriculum. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of educational technology and online teaching platforms.
