1、Time study and standard work time establishment; takt time calculation, line balancing rate analysis, workstation allocation optimization, and elimination of waiting waste (muda). 2、Capacity assessment, manpower planning & optimization, and cost accounting & quotation for new models. 3、Workshop layout planning, CAD drawing, and production flow (material flow) optimization. 4、Production process planning, SOP development & translation, bottleneck prediction, and pilot run data collection & continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree or above; Industrial Engineering preferred, while Mechanical, Automation, Electronic Engineering or other engineering majors are acceptable; 2+ years of experience in an SMT manufacturing environment. Familiar with SMT/DIP/assembly processes; proficient in standard time measurement, line balancing, layout planning, and OPE/UPH improvement; able to independently complete cost accounting and quotation for new models. Vietnamese nationality; fluent in Chinese reading, writing, and communication.
