Job Responsibilities: 1, Oversee the daily operational management of the entire process, including warehouse management in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, inland trucking, cross-border delivery, container loading and unloading, and last-mile distribution. 2. Develop a logistics dispatch plan to optimize trailer routes and control overall transportation and warehousing costs. 3. Manage third-party suppliers such as towing companies, warehousing service providers, and customs clearance agencies, responsible for supplier evaluation, business negotiations, contract coordination, and performance monitoring. 4. Monitor the entire logistics process of the goods, promptly address various anomalies such as delays, damages, lost shipments, and customs clearance delays, and ensure timely delivery and receipt of the goods. 5. Establish and improve logistics SOPs, inventory management systems, and inspection standards for inbound and outbound operations, while supervising the team's implementation. 6. Interface with the domestic headquarters, overseas clients, and partners to regularly synchronize operational data, potential risks, and optimization improvement plans. 7. Manage the monthly logistics budget, conduct cost accounting analysis, and continuously propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans. Work Location: 2041 S. Job requirements: 1, Prefer candidates with hands-on experience in logistics management in the U.S., familiarity with the Port of Los Angeles, local inland trucking, overseas warehouse operations, and basic U.S. customs clearance procedures. 2, Proficient in spoken and written English, capable of independent business negotiations, email correspondence, and on-site external coordination. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred. 3. Proficient in using Excel, WMS/TMS logistics systems, capable of independently creating operational reports and data records. 4. Possess strong emergency response and problem review capabilities, capable of handling sudden situations such as peak season order surges, cargo anomalies, and temporary container rescheduling. 5. Hold a valid U.S. work visa (Green Card, H1B, EAD work permit, or U.S. citizenship), capable of securing long-term, stable full-time employment in Los Angeles.
