1. Receive and reach out to potential customers via instant messages and calls, explore and determine parents' needs and provide necessary learning advice for their kids 2. Assist parents and kids in experiencing and completing the trial class/activities, achieve high customer satisfaction rate and achieve sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis 3. Design, organize and host sales and promoting events, to foster customers' understanding of Walnut Coding's curriculum and service, elevate interest in buying, and facilitate purchasing decisions 4. Participate in designing sales best practice, work with other function teams to improve product and service experience, to fulfill long-run business growth strategy

1. Foreign expats currently residing in Beijing (can provide work visa) 2. Proficiency or fluency in English; Spanish, French, Hindu, Indonesian Bahasa, Arabic plus 3. Previous customer service and sales related work experience preferred, track record of over-achieving sales goals big plus 4. Growth and learning mindset, open-minded, result-driven, strong sense of achievement 5. Passionate in education and understanding customer needs in various target markets
